Please make sure your Player ID is correct before placing an order.
Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to the Player ID provided by the customer, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
If an order cannot be completed due to a problem on our side, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
