Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to the Player ID provided by the customer, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.If an order cannot be completed due to a problem on our side, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.KGF Diamond Store is not responsible for top-ups delivered to an incorrect Player ID entered by the customer.
